After graduating from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA with a B.S. in Business Administration Mr. Hickey entered the real estate business as a team leader at ATM Corp. of America in Coraopolis, PA. Mr. Hickey then completed his appraisal apprenticeship under the direction of Charles Dotson of Sterling Appraisals, Laguna Hills, CA. Sterling Appraisals is one of the largest appraisal companies in the country and has been in business for over 35 years. Mr. Hickey then opened Heights Appraisals, Inc. in Sarasota, FL in 2000. In 2014 Mr. Hickey earned a real estate sales person license from the Florida. Mr. Hickey currently resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife and 2 daughters. When Mr. Hickey is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and playing ice hockey.
